A quick short story of Kelsier learning to become a Mistborn only a few months after he escaped imprisonment. The reader gets to meet Kells mentor who began to train him after he Snapped and we also get to see the inception to Kells gran plan to kill the Lord Ruler. This is filled with so much emotion since the reader gets to see Kell right after Mare’s death and his struggle of whether or not Mare betrayed him when they got caught that night. Its a great read and a great addition to the original trilogy.
