In an instant Kailey’s world was shattered not once, but twice throughout the course of this story. However, she is strong. While she may have been destroyed, she didn’t stay down forever. I loved her growth. I loved how gracefully she handled everything. Jax is sweet, caring, and patient, especially when it comes to Kailey and everything she is going through. However, he wants Kailey and doesn’t let her past deter him at all.

I LOVED Kailey and Jax’s relationship. There was an instant connection between the two of them and it was a connection that neither one of them had ever felt with anyone before. Their story is an emotional journey, but I loved every single moment of it. It felt as if the two of them were meant for each other.

I loved the side characters in this story and I am excited for more of this series!
