i’m not sure about this one. Like men & fathers do not play any role and the main focus of this novel is motherhood & family dynamics, so I would have loved to see at least one not-woman take up space? In General motherhood and pregnancy are not topics that I really care about (I’m transmasc so it’s giving dysphoria…), maybe this one just wasn’t for me.
