This book managed to be charming and terrifying at the same time which is a difficult and delicate balance to achieve. I love the kitschy nature of Mistletoe but can this series be sustained with books only set in December? I feel like an expansion into other seasons is necessary. I was not a fan of the plot device used pretty heavily at the end of the book. It just felt like an easy out.
