This was a heavy read for me, but a much needed one. White evangelism plays a huge hand in US politics and government. I've spent years hating it without understanding how it came to be and why it as powerful as a cultural force as it is today. I'm glad that I finally read this book. I hope others read this too. Maybe then we can dismantle these systems that discriminate and oppress us the people.
