This was a very different romance to anything I've ever read. I don't feel like I can give it a star rating because there were parts I really didn't like (*ahem* Malcolm) and I parts I really liked (the nuanced and complicated representation of asexual people in a relationship).

I really think Alexis Hall's review of this book is worth a read, so definitely check that out for a deeper exploration of what goes on this book and its importance to the overall romance canon
