Grave Secrets by Kathy Reichs
3.0

The stakes were high in the book, and I just felt bad for the women who were harmed in this book. This follows the story of Temperance during her job as a Forensic Anthropologist in Guatemala, and then young girls who were tied to wealth went missing. Every time a girl went missing and they found her body, I kept thinking, "How can someone be so cruel." However, people are cruel; these things happen in real life. Then, something happens to two of her colleagues. In every one of these books, we find out that Temperance Brenan's research into the dead pisses off the people who committed the crime, and then they target her. This book is no different. I do, however, enjoy how this book allowed us to see a more empathic version of Temperance Brenan.
