Overview

Libraries are the backbone of knowledge and key to preserving the integrity of humanity’s wisdom. Libraries provide free access to information and educational resources, promote literacy, preserve history, build community, and also offer a safe space for people to learn, explore, and connect with their local culture. Libraries act as a vital hub for knowledge and community engagement, regardless of socioeconomic background.
In order to preserve this vital service, they must be used.
For this challenge, I am proposing that we read 15 books from our libraries. 
Be it a physical paper book or an ebook from your library’s digital collection, or even an audiobook. Every book checked out signals that libraries are still relevant, still important, still necessary and useful.
