Now this tumblr post (https://www.tumblr.com/macrolit/157880072567/how-many-have-you-read?source=share) claims that this list is from the BBC but I couldn't find any BBC book list that corresponds to the list on the tumblr post. Nevertheless I find it rather interesting and it's a way to push myself to read more fiction books, since I read far too much non-fiction for my undergrad degree.
Bookkeeping: the original list consists of 100 books, but some books will be made optional in this challenge. This is because some of the 'books' listed are technically series. Reading any book within a book series will count as ticking off that book number from the list. At times, books will be made optional just because I feel like it.

J.K. Rowling
It just says 'Harry Potter series' on the tumblr post so, again, any book from the series will do. Though why are we still reading HP in this day and age? At the time of compiling this book list (21/3/2024) JKR's gone full Holocaust denial.
