Overview

Diversify your 2025 reading list with 25 sapphic books and/or authors! Pick your poison. Any book that centers sapphic women/nonbinary people in some capacity and/or is written by a sapphic author is fair game. 

(After some feedback, I relaxed this to include sapphic characters and/or sapphic authors because some great sapphic characters have been written by non-sapphics and some sapphic authors write great things that aren’t explicitly sapphic in nature.)

And, in case there is any confusion: Sapphic is an umbrella term that describes women, nonbinary people, and trans people who are attracted to other women or nonbinary people. It's inclusive of people who identify as lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, aromantic, asexual, or queer. (Thanks, Google.)
