Ever since I read (and listened to) The Sentence by Louise Erdrich this year, I can’t stop thinking about Tookie’s reading list!  As I read the book, I kept writing books down I wanted to read not realizing the whole list is at the end!  I was especially interested in Tookie’s recommendations to her favorite bookstore customer “Dissatisfaction.”  This book has lived in my brain this year, not only as a lived history of the 2020 year, but as an homage to books, bookstores, and book lovers.  I hope to work my way through Tookie’s list and see who else might join me:)
