Overview
On Friday night, March 14, the 47th President issued an Executive Order intended to dismantle the only federal agency dedicated to funding library services, the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), as well as six other agencies.
Beyond free access to books, libraries offer numerous other essential community resources. This reading challenge aims to encourage using your local library and getting involved in protecting its funding and place in your community. The one rule for this challenge is that all books must be sourced from your library (including digital libraries).
