Photography Books Reading Challenge

Overview

Personally, I LOVE photograph books - they are great as a quick, light-hearted form of entertainment but they're also an underrated learning resource for non-fiction topics and are perfect for visual learners or people who find it hard to process large chunks of information at once. There are so many different cool topics you can get them about, so this challenge is about encouraging you to experience this for yourself by reading photograph books on a whole range of different topics!

Any book that is largely made up of big photograph pages counts, regardless of how much or how little text is accompanying them. They can be lighthearted and funny or totally serious; it's up to you!

*Of course, one downside to books with lots of photographs is that they can be expensive - but don't let this put you off, because you can often find good photo books at libraries and any secondhand book sales, bookshops and websites too :)  If you go down the secondhand route, you might come across a lot of potential options that were published quite a while ago (maybe 15, 20 or even 30+ years ago), but my advice is don't be afraid of trying these older books and don't just assume they're not relevant anymore - if it's about a topic you like, they can still be super interesting.
