能干的广告策划人佐久间所主导的日星汽车新车发表广告企划案，却被委托的客户厂商日星汽车的副社长葛城胜俊斥为幼稚，并要求换掉他策划组长的身份。被失意和屈辱感燃烧的佐久间，冲动下前往葛城所住的豪宅欲理论，却在葛城府邸外遇上翻墙离家出走的葛城的女儿·树理。面对毫无归家意思，并打算卷走葛城家一笔钱然后远走高飞的树理，一心向葛城报一箭之仇的佐久间，向树理提出伪装绑架，以此向葛城要求3亿日元的赎金。2人于是开始策划绑架计划，却想不到事态向意外的方向展开。
