I don't know. This feels a little cheesy. And maybe that's how I should read it?

Maybe it's meant to be a corny romp in the spirit of an 80s horror movie?

I think that's how I'll read it for Issue 2.

Zombies meet DC in a brutal way.

Darkseid is planning to unleash a virus through cyborg. He does just that but without realizing he infects himself. After he goes nuts, cyborg is teleported back to earth, and everyone begins to get infected. This is a race to see who gets infected first and who can prevent that.

This is a highly paced issue. It starts off with the Justice League fighting together to stop Darkseid once more. After some epic moments (and funny) the virus spreads. The story picks up pace as each page you get a sense of dread. People are becoming infected quickly and the issue ends with the Bat Manor and a few of our heroes might have become the undead!

It's a fun issue. Fast paced, the art was solid (though some weird moments of faces looking odd) and the gory is perfect levels. I want more. A 4 out of 5.

Interesting set up.

This really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much and I was really pulled in. Tom Taylor tells a helluva good story.

who knew a disease can spread like through the internet, who knew that with each keystroke or even by glancing at a screen can cause ones mind to turn. Can the justice league figure out how to stop this disease from spreading, my guess is the news will spread na hopefully our famous heroes come out it easily. This was an amazing chapter so far and looking forward to the next installment.

Not as big a hook as Injustice was at the beginning, but I love a good zombie story. Unfortunately a good deal of my faves are already gone. I don't much care to follow Superman to be honest, but we'll see where this goes.
adventurous dark funny tense fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: N/A
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Complicated
Flaws of characters a main focus: No

A+

This was terrifying. I love it. The zombie trope is overused but technocratic disease spread through social media? Completely sold.

Holy mother of god.
