adventurous dark mysterious tense fast-paced

I loved this book! Super clever and I loved the ‘she’ chapters, suspense and it kept me guessing. Lowkey wanna re read now that I know what happened. There is a reason steve cav is my favourite author and this is it.

I can tell why this one is a favorite Cavanagh! Crime mixed with juristic wit, a variety of interesting characters and unexpected turns: yes, yes, and yes. Please give me more. There was only one decision made for the plot that I am not d’accord with - hence the slightly diminished rating - but other than that, I enjoyed listening to this book a lot! Now, what Eddie Flynn book will be next?

I kept going back and forth the whole time on who I thought was guilty. I enjoyed the way the book was written as it kept me interested and wanting to know more!
